At Quickbar LLC (“Quickbar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account registration details (name, email address, password)
  • Phone number, when you voluntarily provide it to opt in to SMS/text message communications
  • Profile information you choose to add
  • Communications you send us (support requests, feedback)
  • Payment information processed securely by our third-party payment processors

  • Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)

  • Data from social login providers (if you choose to sign in with a third-party account)

2. SMS / Text Message Communications

Program: Quickbar Account & Transactional Alerts

If you provide your mobile phone number and expressly opt in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Quickbar LLC under the “Quickbar Account & Transactional Alerts” program. These messages include account activity notifications, order and booking confirmations, appointment reminders, customer support follow-ups, and important service updates.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your account activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number, except as required by law.

For help or support: Reply HELP to any text message, or contact us at support@quickbarllc.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any product or service from Quickbar.

SMS Data — No Sharing or Sale

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Sharing of SMS opt-in data with subcontractors (e.g., SMS platform providers and aggregators such as Twilio) is permitted solely to facilitate message delivery and is subject to confidentiality obligations.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Services
  • Create and manage your account
  • Process transactions and send related notices
  • Send SMS/text messages you have opted in to receive
  • Send administrative and promotional communications (with your consent where required by applicable law)
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our Services
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or technical problems
  • Comply with legal obligations, including TCPA and applicable telecommunications regulations
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

4. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties that assist us with hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, SMS/text message delivery, and customer support, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Quickbar or others.
  • With Your Consent: In any other circumstances where you have given explicit consent.

SMS-specific restriction: All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of our text message services where sharing is required solely to deliver the messages.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, and improve your experience. You may instruct your browser to refuse cookies; however, some parts of the Services may not function properly without them. We honor browser-level Do Not Track (DNT) signals where technically feasible.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law. SMS opt-in records and consent logs are retained for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with TCPA recordkeeping requirements. When we no longer need your data, we securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Services at your own risk.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@quickbarllc.com.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities
  • Data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format)
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, including SMS opt-in consent
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell personal data)

To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@quickbarllc.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

10. California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to delete your personal information; the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information); and the right to non-discrimination. Under the California “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83), California residents may request information once per year about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

12. App Store Platforms

Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These platforms may independently collect data as described in Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy, respectively. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies, which are separate from and in addition to this policy.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
